Luxury Garden Transformation in Petts Wood
Our objective was to create a comprehensive entertainment area that would transform the client’s garden into a luxury leisure space. This ambitious project required a lot of planning, including obtaining necessary permissions, and executing a seamless blend of three distinct areas: a spacious games room, a covered hot tub area, and an integrated storage space. The goal was to create a design that would make this multi-functional space appear as one cohesive unit.

Our approach
Given the scale of the project, we worked closely with the client from the initial design to the final build. Throughout the six-week project, we ensured every detail truly reflected the client’s vision while adhering to regulations and maintaining high standards of work.
Our process included
- Removed an existing summerhouse, cleared patio and trees to prepare the site.
- Designed and built an entertainment space with a wall-mounted TV and hard-wired internet connection.
- Constructed a covered section for the hot tub and added storage space.
- Constructed a storage space and laid a patio with a connecting path.
The challenge
The project presented unique challenges because of the size and height of the structures, which necessitated planning permission. We also had to carefully plan to ensure all the elements the client requested were built to the highest standards.
The results
Within a span of 6 weeks, we created a stunning multi-purpose garden room that exceeded the client’s expectations. Despite the challenges, our experienced team was able to build a functional and cohesive unit that was truly bespoke and visually appealing.
